Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may be unable to cancel your order because it may already be in processing.
